Smt. S. Malarvizhi is a visionary educationist, accomplished institution builder and distinguished strategic leader. She is a committed to academic excellence, innovation, institutional transformation and the advancement of higher education.
As Director of Sri Krishna Knowledge Foundation, she provides strategic leadership towards the University’s vision, growth and institutional development. She also serves as the Secretary of VLB Trust, which oversees a distinguished network of educational institutions, including Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Sri Krishna Adithya College of Arts and Science, and Sri Krishna Polytechnic College, collectively serving over 27,000 students annually.
Under her leadership, these institutions have achieved sustained academic excellence and national recognition, including consistent representation among the Top 100 in the NIRF rankings.
Her contributions extend beyond institutional leadership to education, youth empowerment, social development and community welfare, through her association with Uyir – A Social Organization for Road Safety, Santhalinga Adigalar Hospital Trust and Global Kongu Foundation.
She serves as Senior Vice President of the Educational Promotion Society of India, New Delhi. She is also a Syndicate Member of Anna University, Chennai, and Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Her distinguished contributions to education and society have been recognised through prestigious honours, including the ASSOCHAM Lifetime Achievement Award and the Times of India EDUICON Award.

Sri. K. Adithya is a prominent industrialist, accomplished entrepreneur, and education leader with expertise in strategic management, institutional development, and innovation. As Director of Sri Krishna Knowledge Foundation, he contributes to its strategic growth, academic advancement, and industry engagement.
He also serves as the Managing Trustee of VLB Trust, overseeing institutions across Engineering, Arts and Science, and Polytechnic education. With diverse business interests in Information Technology, property development, and agro-based enterprises, coupled with international exposure, he brings valuable industry expertise and strategic perspective to the education sector.
His leadership is focused on excellence, innovation, sustainable growth, and developing future-ready institutions that empower students to thrive in a global environment.
Dr. K. Sundararaman, M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D.

Dr. K. Sundararaman is a distinguished educationist, academician and institutional leader with five decades of experience in higher education, with significant contributions to academic leadership, institutional development, governance and educational excellence.
An alumnus of University of Madras, Coimbatore, he holds an M.Phil. from the University of Madras and a Ph.D. from Bharathiar University. He began his academic career at an autonomous college and subsequently served as Principal of Sri Krishna Knowledge Foundation (Deemed-to-be University). Since 2015, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Sri Krishna Institutions, providing strategic leadership for its educational initiatives.
He has served on several academic, professional and institutional bodies, including the Board of Studies of Bharathiar University, Management Committee of Avinashilingam Deemed to be University, CII Educational Panel – Coimbatore Zone, and the Educational Promotion Society of India, New Delhi.
Currently he is also a member of National Education Panel Confederation of Indian Industry New Delhi. He has guided 8 Ph.D. and 20 M.Phil. scholars in Commerce and has contributed as a resource person at national and international level academic forums.
As Chancellor of Sri Krishna Knowledge Foundation (Deemed to be University), he provides strategic direction towards building a future-ready, AI-integrated global university, aligned with the transformative vision of NEP 2020.
His vision focuses on AI-integrated curricula, interdisciplinary and experiential learning, research and innovation, and industry–academia collaboration, empowering graduates with knowledge, skills, creativity, critical thinking and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
